DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to ship?

After the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. Each piece is custom made and individually manufactured, and it may take up to 10 business days for production. Shipping is not included in production time. Please allow up to 1 month from order to delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Orders are shipped via Korea Post EMS. We ship to most countries, but please contact us at contact@diligems.com if you encounter issues during checkout.

What are the shipping costs?

You can check the cost of international shipment below:


- Shipping worldwide: 20.00 USD ~ 35.00 USD
- Free delivery worldwide for orders over 350.00 USD


International orders may be subject to customs. Shipping does not include any import duty or customs charges that may occur. These costs are not covered, and customers are responsible for additional payments.

Can I update my delivery address?

Yes, if the order hasn't shipped. Contact us at contact@diligems.com or via Instagram (@diligems).

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, contact us at contact@diligems.com with your order number, and we will try our best to solve the issue. Diligems is not responsible for lost orders once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your building front desk to see if they might have your package.

CARE & REPAIR

How should I care for my jewelry?

Remove jewelry when bathing or showering, and avoid wearing your jewelry while using harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or creams. Intense sports or activities can also cause damage to your precious metals.

Keep the jewelry away from extreme temperatures or humidity.

We highly recommend using our polishing cloth to keep the jewelry looking shiny.

We recommend you to store your jewelry in the Diligems suede pouch it arrived in.

What about repairs?

For up to one year after receiving your ring, A/S repair service is free for products with defaults in stone/metal setting or condition.

There is a $35USD fee for resizing, when possible.

Please include your order number, contact information, and photo of the piece when emailing about A/S. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable A/S requests.
The customer is responsible for A/S fee and shipping costs for products that require size or stone adjustments due to the customer’s inadvertency. Please note that we are unable to refund shopping costs.
A/S fee will be charged for products that are damaged from being worn or handled. The cost of A/S varies from case to case. Time for A/S repair completion may vary according to product condition, as well as availability of material and supply. Please allow up to 4 weeks for repairs and resizing. International A/S repair payments are accepted via PayPal.

RETURNS

What's your return policy?

Please consider that every Diligems product is custom made and hand-crafted when you make a purchase. Each piece is handmade to order, and slight variations may occur. We are unable to accept returns due to simple remorse or incorrect sizing.

Refund is only possible/applicable if the product you received is defective. If the product you ordered is defective upon delivery, return can be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. The returned item must be unused, in unworn original condition and in original packaging.

For up to one year after receiving your ring, A/S repair service is free for products with defaults in stone/metal setting or condition. In case the faulty product cannot be restored, we will provide you with a full refund.

Once the returned item arrives to us, we will determine if the jewelry is eligible for full refund. If your return is approved, you will receive your refund for the defective product and the return shipping cost via PayPal within 5 business days. You can also opt to receive your refund in exchange for a new piece of the same jewelry.

CUSTOM ORDER

How can I order custom jewelry?

If you are interested in creating a custom jewelry, please contact us at contact@diligems.com or INSTAGRAM (@diligems), and we will get back to you with an estimated price and time schedule.

Custom orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer below to a general list of policies regarding payment and shipping:

Please note that a down payment is required before giving entrance to the design process. Once the payment is effectuated, custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Also, withdrawn orders cannot be refunded.

As we start the design process, a virtual meeting (text, Whatsapp, iMessage, e-mail) with our designer will be scheduled to discuss details about your unique piece.

We offer free shipping (EMS) and insurance for custom orders. Premium shipping (e.g. FedEx) is not covered, and will be charged on the total price. However, international orders may be subject to customs. Shipping does not include any import duty or customs charges that may occur. These costs are not covered, and customers are responsible for additional payments.
